What if You DON'T Want to Transform Your Business?

Nearly all of us would like to do better, but ...

... not everyone wants revolution. Not everyone even wants transformation - in their private lives or their business.

Change can be uncomfortable, alarming, even stressful and it's often unnecessary.

If you're doing okay but would like to to a bit better without having to change the way you do everything and without taking on a bigger burden of work or responsibility, perhaps you just need a few minor tweaks in your business.

Maybe you just need to stop doing something that nibbles away at your profits. Working harder at one end, possibly going through the real trauma of transforming everything you do, might not have the desired effect anyway, if you carry on leaking profits somewhere else.

The problem is, it's often impossible to see what you're doing that might be wrong, especially if it's a habit you never even think about, because you've always done it that way. But other people can see it, especially if they're the kind of people who know where to start looking.

Not all business growth is about doing more, making more or even selling more. Sometimes it can be about wasting less of what you have already ...

... just as not all marketing is about finding an endless stream of new customers - sometimes it's about not wasting the ones you've got.

You see, as well as wasting money, raw materials, time and energy, you can also waste clients and customers, without noticing you're doing it. So should your New Year resolution be to ask someone to take a cool, objective look at where you're wasting what you already have?

Just one little change - not a revolution - might be all you need.

No drama, no trauma - just a nice New Year.
