Have you seen the latest Kia advertisement on TV? In it, they focus very clearly on what their customers say about their cars and how this gives them confidence to offer a seven-year guarantee.

Now, we're not advising anyone to base their customer profile on one from a totally different industry - your business needs to be aimed at your ideal customers. Cinnamon Edge customers may or may not drive Kia cars.

But where our customers are just like Kia's is this: they speak for us. Customer reviews and recommendations have the potential to be your company's best promotional 'copy'. What you say about your products can be taken with a pinch of salt, but what your happy customers say is much more powerful.
